"It’s over already?" Four fun-filled weeks flew by and summer boarding at Camp of Champions is finished for another year. The past four sessions, better know as "28 Days of Awesome" by Head Coach, Colin D. Watt, were indeed packed full of awesome both on and off snow.
This summer the sun came to the party and stuck around for most days on the glacier, showcasing one of the best parks COC has seen to date. Arena Snowparks designed the park with progressive features so that everyone from super grom’s to the super pro’s could shred and learn new tricks while having fun in the sun.
Everybody knows that the girls at COC just want to have fun and the amazing after camp activities definitely helped make that happen. From girls-only skate night, compound games, movies, paintball and bounce or ladies night at The Circle, there is something for everyone. Life is tough when you have too many awesome things to choose from after snowboarding all day in July.
So, if you missed camp this summer start saving your pennies for next year. Until then check out some photos from the past 28 Days of Awesome. -Jen McGoldrick, Mini Shred Head Coach

12-year-old mini shred, Sean Miskiman dialed his back lipslides on the dryslope in the compound.
Helen Schettini can be found at The Circle handing out sweet treats during ladies only shopping nights.
Roxy and Quiksilver came to town for Session B. Chris Rasman got stung by Marie-Andree Racine’s scorpion in this inflatable couch riding incident…
Don’t worry ladies, Chris got stitched up and was boarding again for the rest of the summer.
