The fifth stop of Billabong’s Flaunt It women’s-only snowboard series rolled into the New Hampshire state on Saturday like Charlie Sheen’s one gear: Go.  As the best female riders warmed up the east coast’s frozen booters in Waterville Valley’s legendary Exhibition park during morning practice, the sun broke out for the girl’s to flaunt it in perfect spring shredding conditions for the slopestyle & rail jam.

Waterville Valley’s Taylor Owen won 1st place in the slopestyle taking home $700 and flight and accommodations to the finals in Tahoe.  She also won an additional $100 for 2nd place in the rail jam and $100 for the Dakine Best Trick with her cab 540.  Her winning runs consisted of a frontside lipslide on the street rail, boardslide to fakie on the tank, a cab 540 and finishing off with a front 540.  Elin Tortorice also made her way to the podium twice by winning the rail jam with a front blunt 270 out and came in 2nd place in the slopestyle.  The Sony Style award went to the youngest competitor, 13 year old Julia Norman with a stylish 5-0 front 180 out.
