On SATURDAY MAY 5th, Lake Louise Ski Area will host the Annual BIKINIS FOR BREAST CANCER event to raise funds and awareness for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. This is a fun event, which is open to women of all ages. To date Bikinis for Breast Cancer has raised over $50,000 for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
All of the Participants will ski, snowboard or telemark down an easy course in an "S" formation in their bikini tops and snow pants meeting at our Pink Party Pit at the base of the mountain. The event will be taking place during the Episode ’12 closing weekend at Lake Louise. This will be the best party in the Rockies and will include Outdoor Concerts by The Dudes, DJ’s, Beer Gardens and the Monster “Ruckus in the Rockies Snowboard” Event.
To enter you will need to raise a minimum of $150 in pledges through friends, relatives, co-workers or make a donation yourself. Pledges or donations that are collected can be as little or as much as an individual wants to give. There will be lots of amazing prizes for top fundraisers and bikini top creativity , so we encourage you to raise as much money as you can for this cause. You will be able to collect donations on-line this year through a link to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
