HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER VACATION:
ERIN VALVERDE
During the summer I usually travel to warm places where I can take advantage of surfing. I travel to these places with my husband Eric Pollard. We’ve been to Mexico for the past three summers in the row and also in October. We’ve traveled to Costa Rica, Fiji, Hawaii and California to relax from our busy seasons and to have fun. This summer we were both working on our movie projects. My project was Float an all female snowboard film and Eric's was a ski film called Idea. We were burnt out from working on these projects, so we took the whole month of August to go to Baja, Mexico. We love it there. We also wanted to go away as well to celebrate our anniversary. We had a good time surfing and met a ton of great people. On our way to Mexico we stopped off at my relatives places in Southern California. My mom's side is Greek and my dad's side is Costa Rican, so you can imagine the amount of family I have. The pictures below are from our stops Mexico and California. It’s nice to have the summers to relax and be in the water surfing, swimming, snorkeling and playing.
