What's the best invention since the snowboard?

"The Ultimate Chopper. Maybe it's not the best invention overall, but it is the best invention in my kitchen since the snowboard. It is a necessity to most of my meals. I use it to chop veggies, make sauces, makes spreads, and sorbet. I should probably be a spokesperson for them." –Taylor Godber
