It’s no secret that the snowboarders of Ontario are currently harbouring some serious jealousy over the pleathera of early season snow that the west has received.  Ontario has been plagued with very balmy weather, seeing little to no snow-fall so far this season.  In an effort to keep busy and remain inspired for the fun times that snow fall will bring (fingers crossed), the ladies of Nikita Ontario got together for a fun fashion shoot inspired by winter shredding days and the fun nights out that seem to naturally follow.

While waiting for snow to fly, fall is a great time for fashion aspirations and shopping for the season.  For upcoming shred stars it’s time to shoot lifestyle pictures.  Recently Nikita Ontario had some stylish team riders and friends over to the showroom for a lifestyle photo shoot.  Similar to fashion bloggers the girls added their personal touch to NIKITA Fall, Winter and Spring ‘12 styles.

Leanna King, Genny Ross, and Diane Rudge browsed through Nikita samples and put together outfits styled with their own accessories and extra’s including vintage pieces, DIY fringe shirts, layering basic’s, and footwear, to complete the looks.  The outcome was a sick-style mix similar to how many girls, and fashion bloggers alike are styling and building their wardrobe these days.  Using a formula that consists of mixing brands in a HIGH-LOW manner.   Spending money on key branded pieces and adding in basic’s, accessories, and unique finds that showcase a personal take on trends, creating their own unique style. – Nikita Ontario Sales Rep, Sarah Johnson
